What a team! My two crowns and two small cavities seemed to be done with great care and no discomfort for me, Dr. Keck and her assistant created the two crowns in house and no waiting for a follow-up appointment. How nice is that! Our family of three was referred to Summit Dental seven years ago from our dentist in San Jose and we have received excellent care from everyone on the welcoming staff!

I wanted to thank some people at Summit for my recent experience! My appointment was at 9:30 am and I arrived at 9:25 expecting a short wait. When I walked in (to my surprise) Sabra was at the front desk waiting for me, greeted me with a smile, and brought me straight back! Moving from out of state and trying to find a new dentist is hard. I was recommended this office by many family and friends that live in the local Medford area. When I made that inquiring phone call to the office spoke with Shyanne. She was very knowledgeable about what the office offered to those without insurance and overall she had a great representation for the office that I feel compelled to write this. I had a temporary crown placed and will say that not only that the entire procedure was painless but that all of the staff went out of the way to make sure that I was comfortable and informed. After my first visit for a consultation and cleaning, I'm definitly going to keep going back.. Vanessa and Dr. Suing were genuinely friendly and efficient. When they ask a question, they remove their tools from your mouth so you can actually answer instead of drool mumbling, which is great. Kayde Johnson is the sweetest person, and managed to get me scheduled in with my constantly moving calander. She made the paperwork and insurance absolutely painless.. I will without a doubt recommend Summit Dental to friends and family.

After switching jobs and insurances, I was on the hunt for a new dentist within my network. I had been perusing Yelp, and came across Summit Family Dental. I was able to book a new patient exam for my husband and myself within the same month! My experience was fantastic! A representative called a few times after my initial phone inquiry with multiple appt options and verification that I'll be able to make my set appointment with the proper paperwork filled out and ready upon arrival. I was told in advance that the staff will have had a meeting that day right before my scheduled appt time. They set the expectation which was most appreciated. After their staff meeting, the receptionist came and got my paperwork, not long after she looked over the documentation I was greeted by Ashley, RDH. She was quick to get started! She was most pleasant and explained the new patient process seamlessly. She was incredibly genuine and did everything with a smile! I was impressed at how thorough her cleaning had been! Dr. Erickson came in about half way through our cleaning process. He was kind and full of laughs! I felt welcomed and he truly took the time to listen to my concerns. He gave me options and educated me on the pros/cons of silver fillings (of which I have many). Turns out, I needed a crown on one of these silver filled teeth. My cleaning was continued and finished promptly. They asked if I could stay longer to fit me with a temporary! Never have I previously been offered the option to stay over my scheduled appointment to start on a new task with my previous dentist! 5/5 stars. I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Thank you Ashley and Dr. Erickson for surpassing my expectations. I look forward to coming back.

I retired and moved and did not get dental care for some time as I was nervous about finding a good new dentist. Summit is amazing! They worked hard to make sure I was comfortable throughout each visit - and I was!!! Because it is such a beautiful facility, I expected a big "balance billing" bill after my insurance paid. After 3 major visits, my bill after insurance and co-pay were paid was only $15. That was amazing and rare! I've happily found my permanent dentist!!!

Just had my very first appointment with Summit Family Dental Care. For me, there was a bit of apprehension because I had been with my previous dental provider for so long. That went away the moment I walked through the front doors. ALL of the staff and doctors that I interacted with were very kind and friendly. From filling out the paperwork, to x-rays, and to sitting in "the chair", they were informative and genuinely cared about how I felt. I'm very happy that I found Summit and would recommend them to anyone based off of my personal experience.

I started my dental care with Summit Family Dental Care in Medford about 2 years ago. I started with routine dental checkup, but I had the misfortune of breaking molar crown soon thereafter. Dr. Ian Erickson managed my implant replacement for the broken crown. I have never had an implant in my dental care previously, so I really did not have any idea what to expect. Dr. Erickson and his staff excel in explaining all of their work and dental recommendations. I can only comment on my own experiences of going through the dental implant experience with Dr. Erickson, and I would have to say that my experience exceeded my expectations to a high degree. Not only did I experience little if any pain or complications throughout the process (which is pretty lengthy), but I was impressed with Dr. Erickson's willingness to accept and incorporate my input in the process. I heartily recommend Summit Family Dental Care and especially Dr. Ian Erickson if your dental needs necessitate the consideration of a dental implant!

I’ve had dental procedures done at previous dentist offices that I questioned there validity only to be told that they were necessary. I went to Summit Family Dental Care for a second opinion on an aching tooth and I expected to be told I need a root canal. I was wrong, after checking my tooth for high points and getting them shaved down, I’m now pain free. I’m grateful for my experience and I look forward to going to an office I can trust.

If you’re looking for PAINFUL, heartless dentistry then Summit Family Dental Care is NOT for you. Dr. Keck-Erickson and her assistant Brandi were a dynamic dental duo. They kept checking to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. The office staff was equally top notch by going above and beyond to schedule an emergency filling repair and cleaning. Not something they regularly do but due to my treatment schedule in Seattle they made an exception. Great staff and clinic!! Highly recommended.

I'm a wimp when it comes to seeing the dentist, mostly because I feel guilty that I have genetically soft teeth (therefore I usually receive not-so-great or overwhelming news every time I visit a dentist). Needless to say, I've hopped from dentist to dentist in the valley because of the anxiety I've developed. Dr. Hamilton and his assistant, Cecily, made me feel very welcome and comfortable. They each seemed to take their time and explain everything that was going on so that I understood what was going to happen and why. I felt apart of the process- instead of feeling like the dentist and assistant were the only 2 people in the room communicating, or feeling like the dentist was leaving all of the explaining to the assistant, I felt very involved during the entire visit. I had my teeth cleaned by hygienist, Judy, she was sweet and kind as well. She gave me some tips on cleaning my teeth at home and chatted with me about the things I was doing right at home when cleaning my teeth & how she could tell. I'm excited to have finally found a dentist in town that I'm comfortable with and hope this review can help others that were in my shoes who are seeking a dentist too!

What an incredible dental experience, I've been going to Ian, Nicole and the crew for the last 3 years and it has truly been incredible. Son used to be so afraid of the dentist but now has no problems. They were so kind and easy with him! Could not ask for a better place!

Haven't been to the dentist in 8 years, finally decided to go in for a check up/ cleaning. The staff were nice and professional. Excellent communication between them while working, Dr. Erickson was very professional and answered all questions honestly. Great experience personally, will be going back to Summit.

I work at the airport and I was listening to 101.9 lite fm when I heard them advertising summit care dental. After hearing the advertisement on summit care dental, I went online and looked up summit care dental. Once I found it, I saw that they had a 5.0 rate. I decided to make in appointment and I'm glad I did. They are the best. They are nice, friendly and amazing. They treat you very nice. I'm happy I found them. Now it's time to get my friends and family to start going there

Every time I go into the office I am always treated so well by Dr. Keck-Erickson and her Dental Assistant Jenny Lindsey. True professionals!

This is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. They do awesome work and are kind. The entire staff are amazing! My sisters are dental hygienists and they are so impressed with the beautiful work that Dr. Keck did on my bridges. I am so happy that I found them.

Summit Family Dental is by far the best dental clinic I've been to. Both Dr. Erickson and Dr. Keck are excellent providers and stay on top of new technology as it becomes available. The dental hygienists are also wonderful and the front office staff bend over backward to make sure you have what you need. They do great with kids, too, and even managed to complete a baby visit with my crying, scared 3 year old. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Summit Family Dental is hands down the best dental experience around. The environment they've managed to foster there is so relaxing. Dr. Erickson is such a relatable guy. He and his staff are super knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. They make sure to explain everything that's going on and lay out your treatment options for you, so you understand how to optimize the health of your teeth. 5 stars all they way.

Excellent service & extremely friendly atmosphere. Went straight to work with fixing my teeth instead of telling me that they need to perform other costly services before they get startedone fixing my mouth to try to get more money out of me. Awesome, honest, & amazing people.

I'm the worlds biggest chicken when it comes to dentists. I was with the previous doctor if this office for over 20 years and when she left, I was sure I would not like the next group of doctors. I'm happy to say I was wrong! I have never felt a lapse in gentle, kind and genuine care and I'm glad I made the decision to stay.

Enjoying my dentist visits? Yes! I have had an out-of-the-ordinary, wonderful experience at Summit Family Dental! Dr. Erickson is very personable, making the experience and environment more relaxed than dental visits elsewhere in my past. The staff is great and very easy to work with. Dr. Erickson is skilled in all the latest techniques and tools but has always taken a conservative approach in my recommended treatment. In the instances I have had work done, my appointment seemed shorter than I expected and the work is beautiful and complete. I recommend Summit Family Dental to my friends and family.

The best dental office in the Valley, by far. We went to East Main Dental for well over 20 years, but due to lack of understanding and a decline in service we left. When we went to see the dentists at Summit we were treated so kindly, and their work was thorough! I'd recommend them to any and everyone. :)

Anytime you move into a new area it is always a challenge finding good dental care. We are new to the area and my husband had an emergency dental problem. We ask around and was referred to a dentist in the next town. That dentist had the personality of a dead horse and a non existent professional manor. Again, we had to ask around for a dentist and this time a neighbor referred us to Dr. Erickson. What a blessing. Our first visit was truly a great experience. The exam was thorough and informative. In the "chair" I felt relaxed, and that's saying a lot as I am a retired nurse and a nervous nelly in the dental chair. A white knuckle patient you could say. Dr. Erickson explained his findings to us is a manor of understanding. His office staff was friendly and efficient. My husband and I are delighted to have found Dr. Erickson and to be patients of his practice.

I moved here about 4 years ago and have been looking for a dentist. I get very anxious about dentist appointments because of sensitivity from jaw surgery so I kept putting it off... Finally did it and made my appointment with Dr. Kenny McGowan. Completely happy with how each staff member treated and cared for me! Dr. McGowan and the hygienist understood my hesitance and struggles with my jaw and were very patient and gentle with me. Even though I was not Dr. Erickson's patient, he made a point to welcome me to the practice and make sure that I was receiving the best care. Thank you to Dr. Kenny McGowan and the entire staff for making my experience the best it could be!!

I was referred to this dentist by my girlfriend and she couldn't say enough good things about them, so I decided to give them a shot and all I can say is WOW! Everyone there is extremely friendly and actually care about the health of their patients. I have specifically heard good things about Ian Erickson and they were all true. He is excellent and makes you feel right at home. The same goes for Jesenia Earle who did my teeth cleaning. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone and can't wait to have my daughter go as well!
