Dr. Tom Hamilton, DDS, is enjoying working with Summit Family Dental Care. After having worked in private practice in Eastern Oregon for 28 years, he moved to the Rogue Valley in 2011. He attended college at the University of California, Berkeley and Montana State University, and went to Dental School at the University of Minnesota. He is proud to have served in the Military as a Dentist for 3 years before beginning his private practice. Dr. Hamilton has taught in the Dental Hygiene Department at the Oregon Institute of Technology and was instrumental in establishing the High School Health Occupations programs for the Klamath County and City School Districts.
Dr. Tom enjoys a variety of outdoor activities. Amongst his credentials, he has a degree in Fish and Wildlife and enjoys fishing, hunting and hiking. He and his wife, Lori, live in Jacksonville and particularly enjoy the summer concerts at the Britt Festival. Tom and Lori have four children, all of whom are now grown of course, and three grandchildren.
As well as Family Time, other activities they enjoy together are: Rafting, Sailing, Snorkeling and travel to warm places occasionally when it’s cold. It’s a pleasure to live here after decades of ice and snow in Eastern Oregon.
